I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the location is peaceful, perfect for relaxation, and I appreciated the ample parking right in front of my room. On the downside, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with housekeeping seemingly having not done a thorough job before check-in. The dining was another letdown as the breakfast options were rather bland. Overall, it was decent for a short stay, but it definitely has room for improvement.

Rooms
5.0
Unfortunately, the room was not clean, especially in the living area where I found old items and some dust.
Service
6.0
The reception was super busy, but when I spoke to the supervisor, they quickly sent a technician to assist.
Location
8.0
The location was nice and peaceful, ideal for unwinding, and I loved being able to park right in front of my room.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was just okay and could really use more variety, especially local Malaysian dishes.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities felt a bit outdated; they could definitely benefit from some upgrades.

7.2/10

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it had a lot of good things going for it. The location was ideal, making it easy to get to attractions in Malacca. My room was comfortable, although it had some signs of age. While the facilities were decent, I wish the dining options were more exciting, as the breakfast was rather similar each day. Overall, it was a good experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.

The breakfast wasn't very interesting, and the options felt a bit tasteless and repetitive.

6.2/10

The hotel has potential with its great location close to many attractions, but the experience was marred by the need for significant renovations. The rooms, although clean, felt dated and lacked modern amenities. While the service team was friendly and helpful, the management seemed a bit out of touch. Overall, it’s an average stay that could use some improvements to really shine.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean but showed signs of wear and tear, requiring renovations to restore their former glory.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during our arrival, but it seemed the upper management was lacking.

The dining options could definitely be improved; the breakfast felt messy and lacked variety.

My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. While I found the location to be pretty awesome, very close to the city and easy to navigate, I did encounter issues with the rooms and the service. The dining options were limited, but overall, the hotel is suitable for families and offers decent value for money.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms definitely need some renovation. We were switched from the chalets I originally booked to smaller rooms, which was a bit disappointing. Plus, there was no mini-fridge, which would have been useful.
Service
5.0
The service left much to be desired. When we arrived for breakfast, the staff seemed to be asleep at the counter and didn't clean our table after clearing the utensils.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic! It’s very close to the city and allowed us to avoid the long weekend traffic that typically clogs Melaka town.
Dining
5.0
The dining options weren't very interesting; it felt like we ate the same thing every day. A bit more variety, especially with local Malaysian dishes like nasi lemak, would have made it better.
Facilities
5.0
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to see many facilities, as the overall experience was overshadowed by the room and service issues. But I think they could definitely improve on that front.

5.8/10

My stay had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean, modern, and had a minimalist vibe that I really liked. However, I had a frustrating experience with the service, especially when checking in. The location was fairly convenient, being close to many attractions, but the area itself felt a bit dark at night. The dining options were quite repetitive, which left me wanting more variety. Overall, it was decent value for money but there were definitely areas for improvement.

Rooms
7.0
I found the rooms to be very clean, elegant, and appropriately sized for a family. However, I was disappointed to have to switch from my original booking to smaller rooms that weren't what I hoped for.
Service
5.0
The service was not ideal; I encountered a staff member who seemed unprofessional, even questioning my booking after I showed my confirmation. It wasn't the warm welcome I expected.
Location
6.0
The hotel is very close to a lot of attractions, with a drive of about 20-30 minutes to Malacca town. I appreciated the convenience of avoiding heavy weekend traffic, though the surrounding area felt a bit intimidating at night.
Dining
5.0
Dining was rather uninspiring as the breakfast options remained the same throughout my stay. A bit more variety, perhaps with local Malaysian dishes, would have been great.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were generally well-maintained, contributing positively to my experience. However, nothing stood out as exceptional.
